The Pronouns Tell All

This evening I read an article about pronoun use and identity. More often than not, a person of relatively lesser status uses the words "I" and "we" more often in conversation and correspondence than a person of relatively higher status. Such a notion makes this particular reader reluctant to use the first person singular.
